Should I change routine now or later?

Heya folks, I know that a lot of times the way to push to a new level is to change up your routine, etc. Over the last 4 months, I've dropped about 35 lbs. My workout that I've been pretty religious about for the last 2-2.5 months has been as follows 9 (basically):

Upper Body 2X/week (about 1 hour of upper body, 3 sets of 6-8 reps at each exercise)
Lower Body 2X/week (about 30 minutes of lower body, same as sets/reps as upper body)(throw in some crunches as well)
Cardio 4-6X/week (1 hour on treadmill)

Diet: Based on calculations from here, averaging around 2000-2200 cals/day

Last week I was on vacation, let my diet go and didn't work out (had the best of intentions but vacation got the best of me). After i got back I weighed back in expecting to have gained back quite a bit from all the eating/drinking/lazing around.....only gained 1 lb back.

Would now be a bad time to change things up, or would it be the optimal time, etc.? My routine has been working great for me, and now after having splurged on the food and gotten lazy in the exercise department for a week, just wondering what your guys' thoughts are as to whether I should stay the course or switch things up now?

FWIW: want to lose another 25 lbs or so, but wanting to build muscle at the same time. Would like 15 more or so off by summertime, the rest by next Christmas, so I think the goals are pretty realistic.

Thanks for any input or advice on this one.

You're doing great and your routine sounds just fine. Stay the course. It sounds like it's working, it's not too restrictive, and you're learning to get back on track if you make the decision to splurge a bit for a couple of days.

If it ain't broke don't fix it. That said if you were considering a change anyway now would be a good time to try something different.
