3rd Shift. Need advice

In a couple weeks I will start working 3rd shift as a home health aide. Currently I'm training on 2nd shift and am already struggling to fit exercise into my day. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas of when would be ideal to work out (right after or before work?) or if anyone can give me advice on how to adjust to the new schedule. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
