I also wake up constantly throughout the night and I am on a 1200 calorie diet as well. I am not sure if that is the reason, but I wish I could just sleep through the night a few nights a week even! I don't want this to start affecting my weight loss from the lack of sleep that I get. I am not sure how to fix it though since I do not have any caffeine at all, and have tried going to bed earlier and later as well and nothing works. I am lucky if I get 5 hours total the whole night and that is definitely not consecutive. If anyone has any tips that would be appreciated!0

Bump. Today was the second time in a row that I woke up in the middle of the night. I decreased my calories and increased my exercise for this week to make up for a weekend of ice cream binging. Not sure if this is what caused me to wake up, but I woke up RAVENOUS. Had to go to the kitchen and eat before falling back asleep. I tried yesterday to prevent this by eating lots more right before I went to bed ... but the same thing happened!0

I dont get much sleep anyway with two toddlers but I have noticed I have been having the weirdest dreams. Last night I dreamt I had to wait 7 hours to get my taxes filed....long dream!0

My husband has been having trouble sleeping, but not me. He has been taking meletonin, a natural supplement and that seems to be helping. Also take into considereation what you are doing right before bed. Are you on your computer or watching TV? Studies have shown that "screentime" stimulates your brain and makes it harder to sleep.0

Are you waking up with any hunger pains in the stomach? If not you might look into some meletonin or a supplement like 3z or something. Another thing is maybe a bit of warm oats about an hour or so before bed. Maybe some Casin protein shake to help keep your stomach from waking you up if it you are hungry and it's your body waking you up.0
