Hi Everyone!
I have been at these last 15-20lbs for a few months now- but also doing some intense weight lifting and toning. I need motivation. Half the time I feel that I am not eating enough to sustain energy, the rest of the time it's too many carbs and I feel its impacting my "shredding" goals. Anyone on the same path to shred!?!
