Im in the market for a new workout video to do at home when I cant make it to the gym. Problem is I am the LEAST coordinated person in the world!! I used to do Billy Blanks with a friend a few years ago, and I would trip all over myself...sad really
The more basic and straight forward the better!!

leslie sansone walk a mile is fab, there are four basic steps in it, and you can make it as hard as you want or stick to the basic. you can find it on you tube x0

There are lots of freebies on Youtube also. I prefer DVDs .... newer videos have better (louder) musichttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjduJjO1pLg&feature=related

30 day shred and Ripped in 30. These are basic moves. Jumping jacks, running in place, jumping rope in place, squats, crunches, etc.... There are no fast moves like on some aerobic videos...just good basic exercises that work!
I also recommend ZUMBA's 20 minute Rush CD. You don't have to be super coordinated to do this, plus it is SO much fun! You will find that the more you do it the better you become at the moves!! I highly recommend it!
Good luck!!!0
