Hello everyone! I'm currently on Level 2 Day 4 :) I have worked out everyday since I've started! I plan on weighing at the end of the month, and I measure every 10 days. However, I measured at the end of level 1 and failed to see any change in inches yet :( I'm not going to stop doing this, because I plan on doing a second round in March.. or maybe Ripped in 30. I have a 1500 calorie set, but I usually eat between 1100 - 1300. I also add in an extra 30 minutes to an hour of cardio every other day. I incorporated more veggies as well.

I was just curious as to when you started to notice a change in inches?

    I have been bad and doing 30DS but doing it inconsistently. I had started it but quickly got bored and slacked off. I started again this time I am alternating it only doing it everyother day and on the other days I do a program called " Couch to 5K" that trains you to be a runner. Both are around 30 mins worth of exercise. I will be on day 4 of 30DS (after starting over last week). Even with the inconsistency and not doing it long (maybe.. 2 weeks-ish?) I have already lost an inch of the waist and inch and a half off the bust area (which I'm fine with, I have plenty extra there!) which to me I am happy with that I feel like thats relatively fast
