So far on this weight loss quest

Hi everyone my name is Rick. I woke up one day jumped on the scale and it read 268lbs. I was wearing a size 48 jean but really needed a 50 but 48 just sounded better and at 5'8" I was a pretty big guy. I decided that day that it was time to do something about the problem I had made for myself. I started walking at the local High School track with my wife. I also started logging my food on MFP it's been 7 months now I never miss a day logging my food. I also have joined the local YMCA , where I now switch exercise every couple of weeks. I either do 45 mins on the Precore Elliptical or do 35 mins Interval training resting at 6 uphill grade at 3.5 mph for 2 min then flat run at 7.0mph for 2min.
