    If you don't mind me asking what were/are your before after weights and your height?? and how long did it take?

    @HFO2012 thanks :-) my before weight was 210-212 and now i at 123 and i'm 5'4 it's hard to say how long it took because i got pregnant in the middle of my journey. i lost 20-30 lbs before i was pregnant and the rest took about 8-9 months of consistently eating right and working out. hope that helps? :-D
