No rice, quinoa, brown rice or wild rice. For low sodium you could try things like ginger, garlic, chilli, lime/lemon, sesame oil. Is there any particular reason you're watching sodium?

I make a sauce with 2 Tbsp low sodium soya sauce or tamari, 2 Tbsp rice vinegar, grated ginger and garlic, thickened with a little cornstarch in water. It's about the lowest in sodium I can get. (Divided between 4 people with chicken and lots of vegetables it comes to about 350mg/serving, more if the protein is fish. I like brown rice, but the DH prefers egg noodles. Rice noodles are good, too. You might like the shiitaki noodles, as well.

Make your own sauces using low sodium soy sauce, or no soy sauce. I don't like quinoa in a stir fry and it's not much lower in calories than rice. I love brown rice, but whether using brown or white, I just use less rice and more meat and veggies these days.

Honestly, there is no real reason I'm watching my sodium.. It all just kinda grew on me when i started my nursing career about 5 years ago. weird I know.

use lots and lots of bold spices (ginger, pepper, cilantro, etc) and add shirataki noodles (zero calories). before adding the noodles to your stir fry, rinse them out in a strainer. They only have to be heated and not cooked so be sure to throw them in at the end. hope this helps :)

Fresh herbs help for flavour also. Maybe you could have one normal (higher in sodium) stir fry a week as a treat, just not the day before you weigh in
