Hi, im new to this dieting thing. I really like how this website tracks how many nutrients and such you eat, however it would be really great if there was a website that recomended what to eat to fulfill and stay within your boundaries for your nutrient needs. Does such a website exist? Say i ate 2 eggs for breakfast, so for lunch and dinner i needed x amount of calories carbs fat and protein, is there a place that can show some recomended meals that would fill the nutritional needs without going over?

You will have to play around to find things that you like in a combo that works.
I tend to have 6-7oz steak (sirloin or sirloin tip) with sliced mushrooms, shredded carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage (softened with the meat). This is a super low calorie/carb/fat meal with high protein. Another that I make is a high protein pasta (yes it exists) 247g ground turkey browned in classico spinach and cheese sauce with catelli veggie smart noodles. This one has nearly as many carbs as protein and is fairly high in calories but matched with the one above it gives about 101g protein with 81g carbs and 28g fat with total calories of both meals around 893.
And the rest of the calories could be used as wanted. Really just figuring out what works for you with your own likes and dislikes will be the best thing.
nutritiondata.self.com is a good source to find out values of different foods separately with nutrient contents.0
