Is jacket potatoe and beans a healthy good lunch?

Basicly, i get a free lunch tommorow but the canteens to choose from mainly serve burgers/pizza/chips/chicken nuggets/ fry ups etc... The healthiest option aside form salad i think would be a jacket and beans (no cheese) what do you think? is this too high cal etc...? any other options you can think of? i'd like something different for dinner not jsut a sandhch but there are just not many healthy options

I regularly have jacket and beans.I skip butter but sometimes have a sprinkle of cheese. It's filling so makes staying on track for rest of day ok.0
