Looking for friends for my journey

I just joined a few days ago. I was looking for an easy way to keep track of what I eat. I work out a lot, 2 days a week of some weights, 3-4 or cardio (spin or run) but have not been careful with the food intake. Yes, you can outeat your workout!

So I have about 20lbs to lose and I know that I need to keep track. Already I have been eating less food because I would need to write it down. I just need to figure out how to add the app to my phone and I will be good to go.

Anyone care to come along?

    I just joined today. I used MFP before and lost 40lbs but was doing it for the wrong reasons so I gained it back aaand here I am again lol I have a lot more to lose but feel free to add. I enjoying being a cheerleader for others :)
