(BUILT) Lean+Muscle?! Has anyone reached pro level?

I have hit a lean stage in my fitness lifestyle. I am not trying to bulk up. I want to know the advanced workouts for building muscle with or a recommended workout program to follow and have defining muscles. I dont want to be HUGE but i want to be Bulk and very lean.
Anyone in this stage or same fitness goal please leave rocommendations on nutrition and workout programs with supplements that might help.:glasses:
