I cannot find p90x in the exercise database to put in my calories. Any suggestions?

Do yourself a favor and just use this calculator to estimate your calories and then set a custom goal. Then set your macro's to 40/40/20 carbs/protein/fats. I have found that this tool is more effective than tracking calories burned using the online calculator. This way you also do not have to eat back exercise calories as it's already built in to the equation.0 -
