I can't meet my calories

Options
Lately I've been sick, and I'm having a hard time meeting my calories of 1799 in a day...can you guys give me some ideas of things I can try to eat in order to meet my requirements? Maybe some good snacking ideas? Please and thank you! :)

    If you're wanting stick with healthier food choices you could try adding in some extra dairy or even a protein bar/shake (just watch the sugar content).

    If I'm sick... I can careless for my calories.... too low, too high... I don't care.... let me sleep have miso soup, sushi and chocolate shakes.... hahahaha

    You'll get well faster if you eat, but I know it can be tough.

    How about meal replacement shakes? With ice cream.....:smile:
