The step diet is a diet that focuses on steps not calories. I recommend it to anyone having trouble losing wieght. Its super simple and fits right in with your lifestyle. Its a book called the step diet by Dr. Hill. There is no counting calories or eliminating entire food groups. You count step instead using a pedometer. The goal is to work up to 10,000 steps a day. I love it so far, its fun and energizing. It also is a healthy weightloss program. the average person on this program loses 12-24lbs during the twelve week program. Please message me if you would like to know more. The book emphasizes healthy wieghtloss and minor lifestyle changes that make a big difference. Due to its gradual changes it raises your chance of success.
