Ok.. here is what I want to know, and no one in my MFP friends list has responded, so I'm turning to the MFP general population for help.

My thighs and butt look like cottage cheese. I have lost over 100lbs so I know the changes that happen with fat loss, muscle gain. However, despite what my trainer says (and I haven't actually showed him how bad the situation really is), I am skeptical on this cottage cheese issue:

Is it humanly possible to get rid of that.. "look" (lol!).. and can someone, ANYONE either point me to actual transformation pictures so my eyes can see it, or educate me so my mind can conceive of it, on the possibility of losing the cheese!

I noticed mine vanished when I started lifting. I didnt have much to start with though but it was noticeable to me. I heard too that protein aids in minimising the cheese affect but that was just in passing at the gym from a trainer.
