your hobby and how you include exercise in with it

We dragg race and rebuild old VW's. It's a blast, you walk a lot and are very rarely resting.... :glasses:

I always try to take fruit and raw veggies for snacks ....:bigsmile:

But sometimes it gets so boring...:sick:

Or we grill out and eat the meat and no bun....:tongue:

When we get back home, my legs feel like they are going to fall off....

And I always loose 2-3 lbs in one weekend...

    My two favorite hobbies are gardening, so that gives me a great work out. My other hobby is quilting,:laugh: Don't get much of a workout with that one.....:laugh:

    My hobby is Racewalking which I was able to turn into my pt job this Jan!
