QUESTION!!!!

Ok so today I burnt more calories than i ate, should I eat something more???? I'm feeling great and I'm nit hungry at all...

    If you burned more calories than you ate, yes, you should eat more.

    If you're not hungry then don't bother. If you're hungry on a day you don't exercise this week then you can go over some and be okay. Let it average out over the week.
