I saw this on Pinterest and it looks good. I'm going to try it next time my sweet tooth gets out of control.

It's not super sweet, but I always find Lindt Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt incredibly satisfying. :)

I keep Hershey kisses in my drawer at work, each is 22 calories. Usually 2 will do me.

Sugar-free Werther's have been my guilt-free sweet fix lately. Only 40 calories for 5 pieces, and I honestly can't even tell they are sugar free! So rich and creamy.

Also just discovered Dole Fruit Crisp (saw it in Rachael Ray's magazine). Little cups of fruit pie filling that you heat in the microwave, then add the crumbly oatmeal topping. Only 160 calories each and yummy, very similar to homemade! I normally don't buy packaged single-serve things, but this is really the only way I can diet. Even if I make a "low cal" version of a dessert and have a small serving, there is still the rest of the pan taunting me.

My favorite sweet treat right now is Clif Builder's Protein Bars - the chocolate mint is YUMMMMMMMY.

This was my lunch today. (plus a Skinny Cow candy bar)

Sugar free jello can be a real life saver. 10 calories, no carbs, no fat, no cholesterol.

    +1 to clif bars also.

A whole Lindt excellence bar (100g) has only 508 cals. IIFYM, eat the whole thing. If not, split it into portions.

OMG, I am so making this. I did the 3-2-1 cake a few times but I didn't like that the mix was from processed cake mix...too many carbs and sugar.

    Thanks for sharing.

For the mug cake recipe, I wonder if Egg Beaters would work in place of the egg white. I hate separating eggs and potentially wasting the yolk.

Omg, I am saving this forever and ever! Thank you!

I am saving too! Also, I agree on the Skinny Cow. They also have pretzel/chocolate nugget things and heavenly crisp wafer bars that are great. Supermarkets and Walgreens seem to carry.

    Thanks for asking your question!

    I'm saving this too! Thanks
