Today I threw together a little stir fry with ingredients that I had on hand. It turned out pretty good!

Chicken Stir Fry with Brown Rice
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 bag frozen Asian vegetables
1 cup brown rice, cooked

3 tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water

Heat oil in large pan. Add the garlic and ginger to hot oil. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add sliced chicken to the pan and cook until fully cooked.
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside. Add the frozen vegetables and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until heated through.
While vegetables are cooking, mix together the soy sauce, white wine, cornstarch, and water.
Add the chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Add the stir fry sauce and heat until hot and thickened.
Serve over brown rice and enjoy!
