Work calories burned

I have a general question concerning the general set up that figures the calories you can get per day and burn while at work. I am a CNA and am constantly on the move at work from 630 in the morning until 3 in afternoon with minimal breaks. I don't know if I should use the lightly active or active one. Just based on the examples ie nurse, for lightly active. I have lightly. But I think I should have active. When I change my settings there is about a 62 calorie difference. Not that I think it matters a ton, just curious as to what everyone else thinks. Thanks in advance.
