Turbo Jam series question

I just started Turbo Jam last week, and I'm following the calendar that they had in their little guide...so today I did 20 minutes of normal Turbo Jam, and then the Ab Jam...my HRM has been ordered, but until then what is a good alternative in the database to put for that?

    I enter Turbo Jam and it comes up as Kickboxing (including Turbo Jam). I find that it over estimates the calorie burn for me though so I enter my own from my HRM.

    Just go by MFP but try not to eat more than half your workout cals back. That seems to work for me and gets rid of the problems caused by MFP overestimating.
