To all the Turbo Jammers out there. Would you say turbo jam fat blaster is HIIT or just a steady interval training? It's been awhile since I have used that particular DVD and I keep reading different things. Was just curious on what it would fall under.

I think it meets the definition of a HIIT workout, but it's not a great one. Compared to the Turbo Fire HIIT workouts there's a lot of time wasted warming up/cooling down, it looks like you don't actually spend much time doing intense work. A 30 minute TF HIIT has 10 high intensity sections (I think) while this 30 minute video only has 4. But it's meant to be easier than Turbo Fire so I guess that's understandable.0

I know this is old! But I just finished this workout! It's DEFINTIELY a good workout if you do it with a lot of intensity!!
