I was watching the news and it made point of an abdominal muscle split which gives people the look of "Mummy Tummy". Thought I should pass this important and vital (to your workout regimes) info on:

i never see people stfu about working out so hard on their tummies and them never going away. this is a possible solution, and it gets pushed down to the bottom of the page for exercise cal questions. not to sound bitter, but coming back to mfp was not as socially welcoming as i had once thought it was.0
