Time frames

Not having much weight loss experience, How long should it take for the pounds to start dropping? Ive only been doing this for 3 days but i was just curious. Any help will be appreciated.

    I wouldnt be looking for at least a week. you might see some immediate results but thats largely water weight in the beginning. Keep with it you'll see results.
  • Well, obviously each person is different, but I would give it at least a full week before getting too concerned. After that if there is no loss at all, you may need to re-evaluate your calorie and exercise goals. Good luck! :wink:
