    I'm in but I'm gonna have to do them tomorrow! I have been sick with a fever all week and haven't been able to do anything! So I will try to get them done. If I can't, I will get to the challenge for tomorrow! Thanks!

    I unknowingly ignored the 1-3lb recommendation and went with my smallest weights, 5lbs. 50 on each arm. TOUGH! i am going to finish the challenge with water bottles or soup cans, only if i cannot find my 1lb weights!

    Hard work...awesome challenge!
