Hey everyone,
I noticed that a lot of my MFP friends have gone MIA. I have some awesome support and have been able to lose 24 lbs with the lovely encouragement of them! Looking to add a few that I can help encourage right back. I for one, still have 60 some odd lbs to drop and would love to have people looking to stay around right there with me! Feel free to add me, I love encouraging and seeing others progress, it's so inspiring! Hope you all have an amazing Wednesday!

I see that with some of my friends too. Sticking to a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life is a big commitment and there are people that kind of give up and go back to old habits when the scale stops moving or is moving "too slow." Hopefully they will come back and try again and be successful. Feel free to add me if you would like, I am always happy to have new friends!

To be honest, some of the inspiration I get comes from watching others' progress and seeing how their food and exercise diaries are helping them lose. I love seeing my friends on here succeed...it pushes me along when I don't have as much motivation on my own.

I've seen friends disappear, too. Weight loss is a journey and we all fall off the wagon for various reasons (stress at work, illness, family issues, etc). I never unfriend anyone because they haven't logged. I wait until they come back and recommit - I figure they need friends and encouragement even more at those times.
