Juicing vs Smoothies.

I want to try juicing because it seems like an easy way to lose weight quick. Do u still get the calories needed in a day and is it really a healthy way to lose weight. And r smoothies kind of like juicing too?? Like could smoothies be a thicker juice?

I like to do both. Juicing just takes all of the pulp (the fiber out). All you are getting is just the juice. With smothies you blend it all together and you are getting the pulp. Smoothies are much thicker and filling. I wouldn't consider a juice as a meal alternative but I would consider a smoothie as a meal alternative. I do both for maximum benefits. I use blender and Juicing Combos and Like the effects and both are health in some ways....thank for post.0
