Ok so I have to get serious about working out, I have recently lost 118 lbs and need to tone up my loose skin. I want to take classes at the gym like Body Pump, but they are always really early like 6-7 AM, if I just get up and go and not eat is that ok? What does everyone else do? I dont want to have to get up super early just to eat and then wait an hour to workout. Thanks

I workout around 4:30-5:00 am. I do not eat first unless I'm feeling incredibly hungry or weak. It works for me. You have to find what works for you. I don't like to eat that early or workout on a full stomach, if I can avoid it. If I eat a full brekafast that early, I'm starving by 9. If I just eat a small snack, I may need to eat a smaller breakfast, usually, and that's ok, but I personally don't "need" to eat first, so I don't.0
