HELP! Lost weight the first week now going the wrong way.

I started using MFP a week and a half ago and have been doing great staying within my 1200 calories. After the first week I was down 4.4 pounds. So proud of myself. Now the scale is going the wrong way. What am I doing wrong? I am not going over my calories and I log everything. Any advice is appreciated.

    What you lost your first week was a lot of water. You don't lose 4.4 lbs of fat in a week. 2 lbs of fat in a week is very difficult. So, your water is just stabilizing. It will fluctuate quite a bit, so don't let the scale freak you out. Just stick to your plan and you'll be fine.
