anyone with a little to lose, walking and using road map

Hello!

Loving following the road map - but just to ask, right now after a few years of low cal and lots of exercise I'm just taking a break - and trying to get my metabolism back up and going, so I can hopefully and finally shift these last 7lbs (hadn't lost anything over a 1lb in the last year, started a slight shift down these year after quitting running & insanity/jillian michaels).

Right now I am simply doing lots of walking (all tracked with my fitbit).

Is there anyone out there that has had success or would like to share their progress, who has simply been walking?, following the road map and has got to their goal.

Cheers

Love the road map thread but a lot of folk seem to be working out more than I am.

Losing the last few pounds was a slow process for me. It took me 6 months of running, watching what I ate and really being dedicated to getting it off. I eat at 200 over my BMR and don't eat back exercise. I've never found that eat more to lose more worked or following all the TDEE calculators. I may be special but staying lean and mean is hard work.
