soy protein powder
hi
I just bought a 2.5kg bag of unflavoured soy protein frankly because it was cheap...I have used strawberry whey which I like but couldn't afford.
I am using it after lifting/swimming as recovery and as a general protein intake boost...but
it tastes nasty...like liquid dog biscuits:grumble: (I imagine)
I mixed it with water and flav drops but it didn't help
I tried milk and a banana which helped but added 150 cals which I would rather nom than drink
anyone got any ideas...other than throw it away lol as I said it was because it was very cheap and I had no idea it was so odd.
thanks

Try it with Almond milk (only 40 calories in a cup and around $1.50 a carton) and then add a banana and a tablespoon of peanut or almond butter. Enjoy!0
