Baked Liver With Onions with a side of rice0

I will be having a shake. I've have started having a shake or soup for dinner so I'm not putting anything too heavy in my system after a certain time. Sometimes I eat after 7PM so if its a shake or light soup, its not anything too hard to digest.
So my shake will have Coconut milk, banana, peanut butter and JDP Protein powder.... I can't wait for dinner!!! LOL!0 -

I won't be going home from work today so I grabbed a cup of home made bean soup with chorizo from the freezer and a cup of steamed green beans from the fridge. That and a Quest bar for desert should do it. It pays to have pre-made food to grab and go.0

chicken fettucini alfredo with broccoli and salad
1.5 oz fettucini noodles (150 calories)
alfredo sauce made with mcormic alfredo seasoning 1% milk and 1 tsp imperial butter (110 calories)
2 oz cooked pan sauteed chicken breast in pam olive oil (roughly 70 calories)
garlic cloves (unknown)
fresh broccoli steamed (50 calories worth)
salad with 1 tbs olive garden dressing (roughly 45 calories)
1/2 oz freshly grated parmesan cheese (60 calories)
with a grand total of : 485 calories
technically this is junk food, but i modified it so i can have it. woo!0 -

Tonight is a real splurge night for me - I'm having hot wings from my favorite local pizza place!
I'm going to enjoy every one of them and not worry about going over my calorie goal for the day. I normally don't eat back my exercise calories, but if I count that in today it will only bring me about 300 cals over my daily goal.0 -
