I do cardio 5x a week for 30min. Do I need to do more? I have just started this week and out of shape. In that 30min I am only walking 2mil and think I am going to die! Other Question? I think my calories, fat, carbs ect..... are set to high. Its more than I eat every day The only thing that I eat what myfitesspal said is my fiber! Do i need to eat what it said or is it ok to cut back! I eat 3 times a day and i am not hungery at all! 2 day I has 433 calories left

  • I think cardio 5 times a week is great! You don't want to burn yourself out too quickly! Just keep in mind it all takes time. Before going on vacation 2 years ago I did cardio and strength training every other day. I did it for about 3 months and felt great by the time the trip rolled around. Keep up the good work. And staying under calories is a good thing- I TRY to do the same! =)
