OK, so just a quick intro to me. My name is Laurel and I am an 28 year old environmental engineer and mommy of 2 kids (3 and 14 months). I have lost all the weight I want which is new (I am 5'3" and 114lb), but I want to start losing fat. I wear a body media band to track my calorie output and try to keep my input at about 1500 a day. I exercise 2 days a week consistently doing step aerobics for 1 hour on Tues and kickboxing for 1 hour on Thurs. I fI have additional tiem I work out another day doing a mix of aerobics and weights and of course I am playing with my 2 very active kids everyday. I have a good bit of muscle, but I want to lose this thin layer of fat that is over my body. I do alot of cooking at home, and am looking into doing some clean eating substitutions, but any suggestions would be appreciated. I am also a super geek and so I am trying to lsoe the fat before Dragon Con in September so I can wear a middrift baring top, lol. So...tada this is me!! Thanks in advance!
