I've decided after a long and arduous self struggle that me and my old flame the French fry must go our seperate ways. While they may occasionally try to sneak back into my life its better for the both of us if we see other people. Please help celebrate this sad Sad news with friend requests and your well wishes for the potato, I truly do wish it well. What have you decided to stop seeing in your fitness journey to a healthier life?

That's my French fry post. My soda post will be just as sweet but not as long. This sugary mistress of mine and tried and succeeded for to long in dewing terrible things to my body. While I know there will be times I can't wait to hold that sleek aluminum body in my hands again I must resist.
