Chicken from chinese grocery stores - Canadian shoppers..

Hey everyone, recently started adding alot more chicken breast into my diet and have come up with a few questions...
I feel pretty confident when I purchase chicken breasts at stores like Superstore or Highland farms...the problem is when I shop at Chinese grocery stores (where I buy most of my veggies and fruit) the chicken is cheaper but there is alot more fat to cut off and I dont know if it's as healthy.
What do you think? It may sound silly, but I wonder if its the same difference as lean vs regular?
