Would this be a bad idea?

I have the 90 days supreme challenge dvds and the 30 day shred dvd I HATE going to the gym would it be unhealthy or harmful to do both programs at the same time?

    Rest days are important. Swapping between them sounds like a good idea. But doing both on the same day and/or consecutively with no rests days would probably be a poor choice.

    If you had a rest day at least every week (if not two rest days) I couldn't see the harm :)
