Recipe name: Cherry Bakewell protein Flapjacks.

Per Serving: 258 calories, 25g carbs, 14g fat, 10g protein, 13g sugar, 65mg sodium

You can choose to add whatever flavour of protein powder you like and flavoured essense to work alongside your protein flavour. You can also choose to mix up and vary the dried fruit and nuts if you like - basically do it to suit your tastes. I don't know how to put pictures up so I'll change my profile pic. These are some I made about half an hour ago.

Basically measure and place all of the dry ingredients into a bowl.
then in a separate bowl heat the light margerine and golden syrup in the microwave (approximately 2 minutes) then add your flavoured essence - then stir your margerine mixture with your dry mixture and then place into a greased tin - bake in a preheated oven (180') for 10 mins. Remove from the oven when golden brown and leave in tin until warm (not cold) and turn out onto a wire rack and cut into squares/triangles whatever you fancy.
