Im considering adding a fat burner supplement to assist in my weightloss efforts. I dont expect miracles and I know eating right and exercise is key to success. I just need a boost.
Ive read about Green Tea pills or extract being a great natural option. Wondering if anyone has tried it & what brands are good?

Republic of Tea has a Metabolism Boost tea that supposedly helps. I just like drinking it! Not a huge green tea fan.0

I've ordered some CLA tablets that i intend to start taking next week along with some thermabol which apparently raises metablism. Went with the caffeine free option so fingers crossed0

The thermogenic effect is so mild as to be negligible. There are no shortcuts. The post above by adini will show this has been raised numberous times. There is no food or pill or anything else that is a substitute for a reasonable calorie defict, mostly nutrient dense foods, some exercise and time.0

This.
I have drank multiple cups of green tea everyday for years and it has done nothing for me.
Green tea will not burn fat. It will slightly increase your metabolism shortly due to the caffiene in it however the results will not be anything to notice.
The only real way to increase your metabolism and fat burn is to build more lean muscle.
Pills don't work. Even if they are labelled as all natural or herbal it doesn't mean they are safe or good for you.0 -
Having taken the pills in the past (before MFP), I didn't find any positive affect on my weight. I've heard/read that there are other healthful benefits to green tea and I do like drinking it but don't look to it for fat burning now. The caffeine I got from the pills just helped to keep me from getting stabby.0
