You don't want to poison your body with a pill.... You will be far more proud if you lose this the natural hard way!!! You might look for a natural body detoxify product, but be careful there is a lot of crazy ones out there... make sure if you go that route you get a quality product and follow the directions correctly. WORK HARD and you can get there by eating right and TONS of exercise. Thats a big goal but sick to it and you can get there!!!!0

40 pounds in 2 months is not realistic :-(. I wish weight came off in a healthy way that quickly...aim for 10-15 pounds, that's something achievable with proper eating and exercise!
And yes, don't go to pills or fad diets, that's not healthy for your body. Good luck on your journey!!!0 -
If you go into this with that mentality I can just about guarantee you'll be about 10 lbs HEAVIER in two months.
I would shoot for ten. Don't know if you're getting married or what is happening in two months, but you are just going to have to deal with that you'll be heavier than you'd like at that time... BUT lighter than you are now if you do it right. If you really crack down you will still see a very noticeable difference at that time.

If there was a way of doing this then we would all be skinny by now Simply not possible - and dangerous to even attempt losing weight at that rate. Want to lose weight? Do this:
* Eat your TDEE-20%
* Eat back your exercise calories (get an HRM if you can - MFP tends to overestimate)
* End result: steady weight loss, retaining lean tissue, not feeling deprived and grumpy
