Valentines Day Food Splurge?!

Hey everyone!
I was going to start really cutting my carbs down today, but I'm putting it off until tomorrow!
Today I'm having pancakes for breakfast, sushi for lunch and then ice cream on the beach! For someone like me who has a lot of anxiety around food I KNOW isn't necessarily good for me (not so much the sushi) this is a huge deal, 1 day out of the year isn't going to kill me and ruin my progress, right?! Still sticking to my exercise regime!
