Question about 5:2

Hi everyone, I have a quick question about the 5:2. On the two fasting days, I know that many people like to drink herbal teas. I like my tea black with a few drops of fresh lemon in it and Splenda as sweetener (one Splenda per cup). Is the tea the way I like it allowed or not? Thank you so much for your answer and enjoy your day! Badcat

Hiya I would say that yes black tea is allowed as much as herbal tea. I only drink green tea on fast days because if I have normal tea I have to count the milk as calories!!!
But I'm only on my second week so am still learning myself.
