New Here and just saying hello

first off im 42 yr old male that woke up and saw a fat man in the mirror so in November 2012 i decided to change my life around i refuse to call this a diet it a life change and i will not fail. On my own will i went from 242lbs to 222 since november by eating what i thought was good for me with alot of weights and cardio, i played around with my fitness pal for a while but 3 days ago started doing it every day and really like what im seeing and how easy it really is, love that it tells me that if i keep eating and working out the way i do i will be 209 in 5 weeks???. Being thst im s VERY PICKY EATER this has been a struggle for me alot of chicken,shrimp, have been consumed water intake is 1 gallon everyday for the past 2 months. as stated im at 221/222 as of 2/13/13 wanting that 2nd goal of 200lbs.
