Hi,
So I have stalked MFP forums for maybe 5 months now (when I started my weight loss journey) and officially joined the app last month. Now I have taken the final leap and am posting!
My name is Kate, I am 21 yrs old 5"4 and currently weigh 68kgs. I didn't weigh myself initially but I want to say that I weighed somewhere in the region of 75-80kgs when I began my weight loss, however I didn't start weighing myself until I was 72kgs. By this time I had already dropped 1.5 dress sizes!
Currently, I have 5kgs to go until my "target weight" however I am then planning to give myself a new target weight to work towards if I haven't achieved the results I want.
I am not so bothered about weight but how my body actually looks, I want to be a UK size 8-10 and toned. At the moment I am a size 11 so 12s are too big and 10s are a little tight still.
Below are my results:

So far I have complete JM 30 Day Shred & JM Ripped in 30. I then began practicing yoga with JM Yoga Meltdown (although never made it to level 2!) and running. Currently I do The Biggest Loser Cardio Max (Because it is way too cold in France to be running right now!) Levels 1 & 2 combined and The BIggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga Levels 1 & 2 combined. I do this 6 days a week but I change my workout routines fairly regularly, it's just as I have become fitter I have found I need to combine different styles.
I still have a long way to go to get rid of my love handles and jelly belly, but I am getting there! And I love reading everyone else's success stories, this board has kept me motivated through my journey so far
