What should i have as a snack?

I've just done a body pump (weight lifting class) by all means look at my diary today - feedback would be great. I ahve some cals left over and know i need to be meeting my target. What's a good snack that isn't going to stop me sleeping ( i.e super high energy) but is good for you and nice/different. suggestions????

    Banana & PB
    PB on whole wheat toast/English muffin
    Some scrambled eggs/egg whites with cheese
    Greek yogurt and fruit
    Cottage cheese (with fruit for something sweet or olives for savory)
    Oatmeal
  • Cottage Cheese,
    Chobani,
    Tuna mixed with hummus or avocado
    Chocolate Milk!

    Almonds, string cheese, nature valley protein bar, cottage cheese w/ sriracha... PB sammich
