                    I recently started the jillian micheals 30 day shred.  The problem is when i want to log my excercise for the day half of the excercises in the dvd are not on the list for me to add??  how do I figure this out.  I purposely as going through the workout wrote down all the names of the excercises and the reps and/or time.  I am not tracking corectly if I cannot record half of the excercises????  someone help!!!

            I log stuff like that as circuit training. I don't add in each individual exercise.0
