Help, I am new to posting although I have been perusing the site for a while. Can someone please explain "bump"?

Bring up my post
to move the post to the top of the forum - at least that is one opinion/explanation. There are several different meanings of the acronym, but that all basically mean to post is moved to the top so it isn't lost in the string of threads.0 -
