My 1st NSV !!!

I have been a size L or XL for as long as I can remember and today for the first time since probably 1st grade haha I'm in a size medium shirt and on the very last hole of my large belt with room to spare!!! I've been on MFP for 3 months and I'm down 23lbs I feel like a new person!
I wanted to give up a few time but I'm so glad that I pushed through it!
